2. These Regulations shall apply to the Player from the moment of marking “I understand and accept the Terms and Conditions” field while registering. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain unaffected by this divisibility.

7. In the event of any discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions in the English version and any other language version, the English version shall prevail. English remains the dominant language in the case of interpretation. All language versions of the Regulations reflect the same Terms and Conditions.

8. Fireball Casino may assign this Agreement or any rights and/or obligations under the Agreement without the User’s consent.

9. The Website Fireball Casino is a brand name owned and operated by Betelgeuse Entertainment BV, a company registered and established under the laws of Curacao, which has an agreement with C.I.L. Curaçao Interactive Licensing N.V. for its gaming license no. OGL/2024/1062/0475. Betelgeuse Entertainment BV registration number is 161954 and its registered address is at Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. "Don" Martina 31, Curacao. The payment processing is managed by Sagittarius Services Ltd, a company fully owned by Betelgeuse Entertainment BV, with a registered address at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, England, W1W 7LT, registered under the no. 14431072.

03. Online services agreement

1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement (also referred as the Agreement) between the parties, Betelgeuse Entertainment B.V., registered: Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. "Don" Martina 31, Curacao, hereinafter referred to as Fireball Casino and the User, also referred to as the Player. The Agreement applies to the Fireball Casinowebsite, including its electronic content and Software through which the User has access to the Fireball Casino Website.

2. Fireball Casino reserves the right to set certain conditions to allow the Players to play (e.g., the minimum number of Games completed, verification of registered payments) and to extend or change services on the Website at any time.

04. Service availability

1. Services are available and may only be used by persons who may enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with the law applicable to their country of residence. It is the responsibility of the User to ensure that the use of online gambling is legal in his / her country.

2. Services are not available to persons who are under 18 years of age or have not reached the legal age to participate in gambling activities in applicable law in their country of residence. 05. Registration

1. In order to participate in Games as a Player, the User must complete the registration form available at https://fireball.casino or another Website connected to it and available via https://fireball, and thus open a Player's Account providing:

• First name and last name;
• Date of birth;
• Place of residence;
• E-mail address and mobile phone number;
• Username and password.

2. The Player registers only on his own behalf. Registration can only be made by a natural person. During registration, the Player is obliged to provide his / her real, current and complete identification information about the identity, date of birth, place of residence, email address and current phone number. The Player may be asked to provide copies of documents such as: ID card, passport, driver’s license, proof of residence and/or bank statements issued to the Player's name in order to verify and confirm the correctness of personal data provided during registration.

3. Due to AML and compliance regulations, Fireball Casino reserves the right to request various personal documents from Players at its sole discretion, at any time. While specific documents are listed in our Terms and Conditions, Fireball Casino may, when necessary, request additional documents beyond those listed. Players are obligated to provide requested documents promptly for verification purposes. Failure to comply with document requests may result in account suspension until the requested documents are provided and verified. If the documents are not provided within 60 days and/or documents are not satisfactory or genuine, Fireball Casino reserves the right to close the account and confiscate any funds available on the Player’s Account. 

4. The Player declares that he/she is over 18 years of age or has reached the minimum age allowing for legal participation in gambling, which is in force in applicable law in the country of residence of the Player. The Player also declares that he is not and never was a compulsive gambler.

5. The Player ensures that in the event of any changes regarding his identification data, he will immediately update them on the Player's Account and promptly inform about the changes in the personal data to Fireball Casino.

6. Any misinformation, misrepresentation, impersonation of a third party, entity or association, and the use of fake data or other actions or omissions to hide identity from Fireball Casino for any purpose shall be prosecuted with all severity of the law. Fireball Casino reserves the right to verify the data and any information provided by the Player. In the case of a deposit or gain from winnings, these funds are subject to confiscation.

7. In the event that Fireball Casino has reason to believe that the information provided is incorrect, we have the right to suspend/close the User Account by retaining all funds available in the account.

8. During registration, the User selects the Username who will identify him on the Fireball Casino Website. The Username must be unique and easily recognizable. Offensive, indecent names are prohibited and names referring to internet links or referring to specific user rights (eg “Administrator” name is reserved exclusively for Fireball Casino). We reserve the right to suspend Player's Account with an unacceptable Username. The Player's Account may be reopened when a change of the Username is made and accepted.

9. The User, under no circumstances, can register another (new) account if he is already an account holder on the Fireball Casino Website - each User is entitled to have only one account. Having more than one account is strictly prohibited and will be treated as an attempt to cheat, regardless of whether the subsequent account has been registered using the real User’s personal data, third-party data or false personal information. Fireball Casino reserves the right to close any User Account at any time and suspend all transactions with respect to any Player and block any remaining funds in the event that Fireball Casino has reasonable suspicion of fraud that may occur in the future is currently or had already occured.

10. Fireball Casino guarantees the security of all information provided by the User during the registration process and their storage in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. It is forbidden to sell, transfer or repurchase the Player's Account from other Players.

12. Fireball Casino reserves the right to refuse to register or close the User Account, but at the same time informs that any existing liabilities will be honored.

13. Registration and creation of a Player's Account is free.

14. The User agrees to notify Fireball Casino if he/she or any of his/her family members (e.g. spouse, partner, children, and their spouses or partners, and parents) is a Politically Exposed Person as defined by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). The Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering defines a Politically Exposed Person as “individuals who are or have been entrusted with prominent public functions, for example Heads of State or of senior politicians, senior government, judicial or military officials, senior executives of state owned corporations or important political party officials.

15. Each identity document provided can be used only once in correspondence with Fireball Casino. In specific scenarios, such as when one individual submits another person's personal documents (such as ID, passport, utility bills, bank statements etc.), Fireball Casino will suspend the Player’s account. If the same document is later submitted for a new account, Fireball Casino reserves the right to decline the Player’s Account opening or close the Player’s Account.

06. Password protection policy

1. The User is required to select a strong and unpredictable Security Password. In addition, the User is responsible for the proper security of the User Name and Security Password. Fireball Casino is not liable for account abuse arising from the use of the account by third parties in connection with the disclosure by the User (deliberate, accidental or by negligence, in an active or passive manner) of login details to third parties.

2. The Player’s responsibilities include appropriate security for the Username and Password. Any online Games and data recorded on the Player's Account remain valid regardless of who participates in the game. In the event that there is a risk of losing data for logging in, the Player should immediately notify Fireball Casino about it. The Player will be provided with new login details and any future transactions made with the use of previous data will be void.

3. Fireball Casino is not in any way responsible for any access to the Player's Account by third parties and will not be liable for any potential losses incurred due to the illegal use of the Security Password by a third party, as well as unauthorized access to the account and/or transaction, in which the Username and Password have been entered correctly.

07. Legal restrictions

1. The User guarantees that he understands that the laws on online gambling are not identical in all countries of the world and that he has read and accepted the laws regarding online gambling that apply to the territory of the country in which he resides. The ability to access the Fireball Casino Website does not mean that Fireball Casino services and/or Player’s activity through the site are legal under the applicable laws in the territory of the country inhabited by the Player.

4. The intention of Fireball Casino is not to persuade Players to use the Website of services and Games in countries where such activities are illegal. Fireball Casino website does not constitute an offer, incentive or invitation to use the Website in any jurisdiction in which such activities are prohibited by law.

5. Customers should not treat Fireball Casino as a financial institution or expect interest on their deposits.

6. In the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions and registration from a country that has been excluded, Fireball Casino reserves the right to close the account permanently and confiscate all funds.

08. Restrictions on use

1. Fireball Casino provides to the Player non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited personal access to the use of the Website (“License”). The use of the site is conditional upon the Player’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. The Player’s obligation and responsibility is not to use the Website unauthorized, which violates the provisions of this section.

The Player also agrees that Fireball Casino may, at its discretion, with or without notice, terminate the Player access to any or all services, cancel transactions, change or delete any information or content from the site.

09. Infringement

1. Violation of the applicable Regulations is not allowed by the Player while using Website. For a violation of these Regulations shall be considered any of the following, but not only, behavior of the Player who:

• Deliberately provided untrue or incomplete information;

• Attempts to manipulate the outcome of the game through illegal practices, changes in Software or other illegal way;

• Deliberately causes damage or malfunctions on the Website in order to disrupt the natural game process;

• Interfered or interferes with Software available on the Fireball Casino Website;

• Uses Software based on artificial intelligence that disrupts communication between Player and the server;

• Uses Software that allows to cheat or gain an unfair advantage during the Game;
• manipulating the outcome of the game by attempting to withdraw winnings made with bonus money in real money play sessions;

• Registers more than one Player's Account per person or in any other way violates the Terms and Conditions set out in these Regulations.

2. Fireball Casino reserves the right to take action to detect and prevent illegal actions of the Players. If Fireball Casino detected or suspected violation of the Regulations by the Player, Fireball Casino reserves the right to suspend the Player's Account and confiscate any funds available on the Player's Account. Fireball Casino has the right to immediately prevent the Player from continuing to use the Website, interrupt and terminate the ongoing game with or without prior notice to the Player until the situation will be clarified.

3. The Player guarantees not to resell the marketing materials provided by Fireball Casino, not to provide access to the Website to the other parties after logging in, do not copy materials available on the Website for any purpose of sale or any other purpose without the written permission of Fireball Casino.

4. Any suspicious activity will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.

10. Account cancellation

1. Fireball Casino reserves the right to block access to the services and Games at its own discretion in the event of justified particular circumstances, such as:

• Fireball Casino has ground to believe that the use of the Website by a given person is illegal;

• Fireball Casino may suffer any financial, legal or moral losses as a result of someone’s activity;

• One or more transactions made on the Website have been assessed by Fireball Casino as being conducted in violation of the rules of there Regulations;

• Fireball Casino prohibits collusion and takes actions to prevent and prohibit the use of devices, including robots that disrupt the course of the normal game;

• Fireball Casino reserves the right to terminate the promotion or to block access to the Games without prior notice, as soon as the need arises and/ or due to technical errors that may interfere with the Games.

2. Fireball Casino reserves the right to close the account and confiscate all funds from such account, where Fireball Casino has a reasonable suspicion that the Player has committed or attempted to commit, or participated in potential fraud, or otherwise advised in the commission of fraud by third parties, or hacked, or illegally obtained access to other Players’ Accounts in order to commit fraud. Such activity may include the use of stolen or faked credit cards, or account numbers, forgery, and the submission of data or documents that are counterfeit, stolen or otherwise violated.

11. Abandoned or unfinished Games

1. In the event that any information is incorrectly published on the Website, Fireball Casino will take the necessary actions to repair and change the data in the system. Any winnings generated as a result of the publications of incorrect information will also be verified and corrected.

2. In case of interruption of the game as a result of any error, all information about its development is automatically saved in the database, so we always have access to information about the course of the game. 12. Real money game

1.Each User who has correctly registered the Player's Account on the Fireball Casino Website and deposited funds in his Player's Account in the manner described below may start the real money game.

2. The Casino does not offer credit to players under any circumstances. All wagers must be placed using funds available in the Player’s Account balance.

13. Game demo

1. Each User who has correctly registered a Player's Account on the Fireball Casino Website and successfully logged in, may try the game (excluding Live Casino) after selecting the DEMO mode, using the virtual resources available after opening the game.

2. In case of any winnings, the withdrawal or exchange of virtual funds for real money is not possible.

3. Virtual funds are automatically renewed in 24 hours and their purchase for real money is not possible.

14. Live Casino

1. While using the Live Casino, the Player can only play at one table. Playing at multiple tables at the same time is prohibited unless it is allowed by the internet casino provider.

2. All Live Casino play tables are monitored by employees of relevant online casino providers, and chat rooms are moderated. In case of doubt, the Player can contact the Live Casino dealer at any time. The use of vulgar phrases, offensive language, submission of matrimonial offers, sexual content and threats are strictly prohibited.

3. In case of a mistake of the dealer, the video recording of the hand will be analyzed by the employee responsible for the particular table. The decision of the employee is final and in the event of the de facto mistake of the dealer, all contested bets will be returned to the Player in that particular hand.

4. The game in the Live Casino is carried out only for the Player’s own funds. Bonus funds can not be used. The Operator categorically forbids placing bets on own funds, where the winning chance is equal or greater 70% (sure bet). The Operator reserves the right to block the Player’s Account and to prevent and/ or stop the winnings, or to pay out the winnings obtained as a result of violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Website and Games.

5. The above-mentioned rules of the Live Casino are valid as a supplement to the General Fireball Casino Regulations.

15. Deposit

1. In order to make a deposit into the Player’s Account (by transferring money to Fireball Casino account), User should choose one of the available payment methods accessible in the Deposit tab.

2. Fireball Casino reserves the right to impose certain conditions on the use of particular payment methods.

3. Fireball Casino does not guarantee that all payment methods will always be available. Fireball Casino has the right to change the available payment methods without informing about it.

4. Deposits made to the Player's Account using credit cards are processed in real-time.

5. Fireball Casino reserves the right to request copies of both sides of the credit card used to make the payment at any time and at its sole discretion. In order to comply with all security rules, the Player will always be asked to cover the 3-digit CVV verification code located on the back of the card and to cover the card number specified by Fireball Casino.

7. All deposits are added to the Player’s Account immediately or in some cases within a few hours.

8. The Player acknowledges that Fireball Casino reserves the right to request payment confirmation made to the Player’s Account at any time and regardless of payment method.

9. The User guarantees that in order to deposit the User’s Account he uses only the credit card, bank account, or any other payment method and solutions that he owns.

10. Making deposits to the Player's Account for purposes other than participation in Games, in particular for illegal purposes (e.g. money laundering) is prohibited. Deposing funds from crime and other illegal activities are also prohibited.

11. Fireball Casino strictly prohibits depositing funds to Player Accounts belonging to other Players. Such activities, whether they involve duplicate accounts or deposits to other Players, are considered as violation of our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Fireball Casino reserves the right to close the depositor's Player Account. Also, such depositor will not be allowed to open a Player’s Account with Fireball Casino.

16. Withdrawal

1. The withdrawal request option is not available during the game session.

2. All commissioned withdrawals are serviced by the Fireball Casino Financial Department. Fireball Casino reserves the right to carry out the verification procedure and, in case of doubt, to suspend the withdrawal. The Player's Account must be fully verified in order to make the first withdrawal. In the case of the verification procedure, the Player guarantees to provide the necessary documents confirming his identity, ie: ID card, driver’s license, bank statement or any other identification document that Fireball Casino deems appropriate.

3. Fireball Casino reserves the right to verify every withdrawal request to ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, as well as this Terms and Conditions, game rules and other rules related to any promotion and bonuses. As part of this verification process, we may request additional documentation or information from the Player. Until the necessary verification is completed and any potential issues are clarified to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to withhold the withdrawal of the funds.

4. The Player undertakes to provide documents within 60 (sixty) days from the date of receipt from Fireball casino of the request for submission of documents required for verification of the Player's Account. In the event that the Player does not submit the documents within the allotted time, the withdrawal request will be canceled, the Player's Account closed and the remaining funds in the account confiscated.

5. Fireball Casino reserves the right to carry out additional verification at any time in the form of identification of identity, age and place of residence. In the event that these data are differentthan provided previously, we reserve the right to cancel the payout of the balance, unless the Player can prove the correctness of all data.

6. All withdrawal methods and information about them are available in the Withdrawal section.

7. All possible, if any, costs related to the withdrawal, published on the Website are borne by the recipient (Player).

8. The Player bears the responsibility for providing accurate address and network (chain) particulars for cryptocurrency withdrawals. Fireball Casino is not responsible for any delay or loss, caused by any inaccurate information provided by the Player. 

9. The withdrawal of winnings or their parts can be made only after the Player has previously requested it. Please note that only one withdrawal per week is free of charge. The second and each subsequent withdrawal of funds in the same week costs ₹500 (or equivalent in another currency). The minimum withdrawal amount does not apply to the case where the Player closes the Player’s Account. In the case of Account Cancellation, the User has the right to withdraw all of his funds from the Player’s Account.

10. The Player’s personal data and bank account owner (or any other account depending on the payment method) personal data, must be the same. Fireball Casino reserves the right to request additional documents to confirm your identity and verify your bank account (or other account depending on the payment method). User won’t be able to withdraw funds until such documents will be provided.

11. Withdrawals are made by Fireball Casino within 3 to 5 business days, however, we make every effort to ensure that this time is as short as possible.

12. Every deposit made into a Player’s Account is subject to at least one turnover before any funds stored in the Player’s Account will be available. Bets with minimal risk (opposing bets) on table Games are not counted towards the fulfillment of deposit trading conditions. There is a possibility of a handling fee of 5% (minimum ₹1000 per transaction) if you wish to cancel the game and close the Player's Account before making at least a 1 turnover.

13. The Player is entitled to a refund of the deposit, in order to do so he/ she must submit an application for refunding the deposited funds within 24 hours after making the deposit. Funds will be refunded using the same method by which deposit was paid, or to a verified bank account if it is not possible to return using the same method. In the event that the Player wagered the funds deposited by participating in the Games available on the Fireball Casino Website, it is not possible to request a refund. Refund Policy.

14. Fireball Casino has the right to make the withdrawal in EUR currency regardless of the currency of the Player’s Account and/or requested currency, and Players consent and acknowledge a possible loss due to currency conversion.

15. Exceptional Withdrawal Requests

15.1 The withdrawal of funds shall be channeled to the same bank/payment account and through the same payment method as the deposit from which the winnings originated.

15.2 Recognizing the possibility of exceptional circumstances, wherein it may not be possible or practical to process a withdrawal using the same payment method, Fireball Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to consider alternative withdrawal methods, provided that certain conditions are met.

15.3 Such alternative withdrawal methods will only be considered when the following criteria are satisfied:

a. The Player's Account, the payment method and the Player’s bank/payment account have been duly verified, confirmed and authenticated in advance by Fireball Casino.

b. The Player submits a formal and substantiated request for an alternative withdrawal method, specifying the reasons of such a deviation from the standard withdrawal procedure.

15.4 Fireball Casino reserves the right to request, at its sole discretion, additional documentation or evidence from the Player to support the request for an alternative withdrawal method. This may include but is not limited to, documentation verifying the unavailability or inoperability of the original deposit method, confirmation of account restrictions, or other information deemed necessary to ensure the legitimacy and security of the transaction. 

15.5 The decision to approve or decline a request for an alternative withdrawal method shall be made by the Fireball Casino authorized personnel following a thorough evaluation of the circumstances, evidence provided, and in adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

16.6 It is important to note that Fireball Casino shall not accept requests for alternative withdrawal methods that are made for purposes inconsistent with our standard operating procedures, such as the potential misuse or abuse of this provision for illicit activities, including money laundering or fraudulent transactions. 

15.7 By utilizing the alternative withdrawal method option, the Player acknowledges and accepts that Fireball Casino may implement additional security measures, impose transaction limits, or exercise heightened due diligence to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations, as well as the prevention of unlawful activities.

17. Charges

1. The amount shown in the payment window is the net amount that will be credited to the Player’s Account. Sometimes additional fees may occur on the side of the company servicing given payment methods, especially during the withdrawal process.

2. The base currency of the Fireball Casino Website is EURO. However, the Player's Account balance may be displayed in a different currency. During the registration process, the Player may choose another base currency. However, User must keep in mind that funds deposited on his account are then subject to currency conversion based on the current exchange rate, if the payment is made in different currency or the withdrawal will be credited to an account in a different currency then the currency used on the Player’s Account.

3. In the case of absence of a deposit for six (6) months (180 days), the Player’s account is considered inactive and an administrative fee of €5 per month or the equivalent in the account currency of 5 USD, 5 CAD, 7,5 NZD, 25 PLN, 50 NOK, 500 INR, 2000 HUF, 100 ZAR, as long as the balance is positive. The fee will be charged until the Player's account is reactivated by logging in and depositing.

4. Player activity reports will be made quarterly, and fees will be charged in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Regulations if the Player does not submit a written notice 30 days in advance by sending an e-mail to the address [email protected].

5. In case of absence of any activity on the Player’s Account for 30 months, Fireball Casino will return the current balance of the Player’s Account to the verified account of the Player.

6. The Player may close the Player's Account at any time. If you wish to withdraw funds from the Player's Account that has been closed, suspended or blocked, please contact Customer Service Department [email protected].

7. The Player expressly authorizes Fireball Casino to collect fees due and comply with the terms of the Regulations by charging the balance on the Player’s Account.

18. Regulations regarding bonuses

1. Bonuses can be granted only once for: household, family, home address, e-mail address, payment method, IP address or public access device.

2. In case where the Player makes a deposit using a bonus offer or a promotional code, the bonus amount will be placed in the Bonus Balance and will be separated from the Real Balance. This also applies to the award of Free Bonus Fund, i.e. added funds without a deposit requirement.
